HOW DO I COLLECT MY TICKETS?

Once you register for your FREE ticket on Eventbrite, you will be emailed the

tickets. Please ensure you have them ready on your smart phone / printed out

upon entry along with a valid ID.



WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

All ticket purchases are final - no refunds will be available. In some circumstances,

we do offer credits to use towards future events. Please contact our team to

discuss it further - enquiries@bellavistahotel.com.au



IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

Yes, there is parking onsite at Bella Vista Hotel, as well as additional parking next

door at 17 Lexington Drive. We are a short 10 min walk from the Bella Vista Metro

Station, along with Taxi / Uber pick up points right outside the venue.



DO I HAVE TO BE IN VENUE BY A CERTAIN TIME?

Be sure to check timings on the event ticket for when doors open. You are

welcome to enter anytime after doors open.



WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?

Smart, casual attire. Dress to impress! Thongs and singlets should be avoided.



IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

There is a smoking area in the outdoor section of the sports bar.



WHERE IS LOST PROPERTY?

Lost property found during the night will be stored within the back of house

area of the venue. Anything left over at the end of the event will be available

for collection at the Bella Vista Hotel. If you have any question related to lost

CAN I BRING FOOD INTO BELLA LIVE?

As a condition of entry, no commercial food or drink is to be

brought into the venue.

Yes, Bella LIVE is a part of the Bella Vista Hotel precinct.
